ФРАНКО-ЗАВОД (... назва мiсця)

The term "EX WORKS" means that the seller is seemed to complied its obligations regarding to the delivery, at the time when he supplied the goods at the disposal of the buyer's at the areas of his company or at another named place, without the implementation of customs clearance of goods for export and loading them to any host vehicle.

FREE CARRIER (... named place)
ФРАНКО-ПЕРЕВІЗНИК (... назва мiсця)

The term "FREE CARRIER" means that the seller delivers the goods which have been customs cleared for export, by transferring assigned buyer at the named place. It should be noted that the chosen place of delivery affect the obligations of loading and unloading the goods in particular place.

FREE ON BOARD (... named port of shipment)
ФРАНКО-БОРТ (... назва порту вiдвантаження)

The term "FREE ON BOARD" means that the supply is carried out by the seller when the goods pass the ship's rail at the named port of shipment. This means that from this point all costs and risks of loss or damage to the goods pass to the buyer. This term can only be applied in cases of carriage of goods by sea or inland waterway transport.

COST, INSURANCE AND FREIGHT (... named port of destination)
ВАРТІСТЬ, СТРАХУВАННЯ ТА ФРАХТ (... назва порту призначення)

The term "COST, INSURANCE AND FREIGHT" means that the supply is carried out by the seller when the goods pass the ship's rail at port of shipment. The seller must pay the costs and pay the freight necessary to bring the goods to the named port of destination. This term can only be applied in cases of carriage of goods by sea or inland waterway transport.

CARRIAGE PAID TO (... named place of destination)
ФРАХТ/ПЕРЕВЕЗЕННЯ ОПЛАЧЕНО ДО (... назва мiсця призначення)

The term "CARRIAGE PAID TO..." means that the seller delivers the goods by its transfer to the carrier appointed by him. The seller must pay the costs of carriage of the goods to the named place of destination. This term may be used irrespective of the mode of transport, including multimodal (mixed) transportations.

Delivered at Place (…named point of destination)
ПОСТАЧАННЯ В ПУНКТІ (…назва пункту)

The term "delivered at place" means that the seller delivers when the goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer on the arriving means of transport ready for unloading at the named place of destination. The seller bears all risks associated with the delivery of the goods to the specified location. This term may be used for deliveries by any mode of transport.
